In the luxury project Six Senses La Sagesse on the island of Grenada, Salom Solutions was in charge of the comprehensive management of the electromechanical installations, supervising each construction phase to ensure compliance with the high standards of sustainability and efficiency required

Our team handled the planning, coordination, and supervision of all technical disciplines, managing each stage of the project from resource organization to on-site monitoring. We worked closely with the client to meet the established deadlines and budget, thus guaranteeing quality and satisfaction in the final results.

Installations Performed

Air Conditioning

Ventilation systems, heat recovery, and cold production through chillers in common areas, and VRV systems for the villas.

Domestic Hot Water Production

LPG boilers for common areas and hot water accumulators with solar coils and electric resistance for villas.

Plumbing and Sanitation

Using PVC and CPVC piping.

Thermal Solar Energy Installation

Thermal solar panels on villa rooftops and static air dissipators.

Lighting

Interior and exterior lighting systems.

Electricity

Installation and distribution of power electrical systems.

Telecommunications

Communication and connectivity networks using fiber optics for the general network and between racks, Ethernet cabling for internal distribution in each building.

Access Control

Security and access systems for different areas.

Fire Protection System

Fire detection and extinguishing installations.

Building Management System (BMS)

Integration and automation of systems for efficiency and monitoring of installations.

Applied Standards

To ensure maximum quality and compliance with international standards of safety, efficiency, and management, the project was developed under the following norms:
