Project Management and Supervision

For the opening of Terreno Padel Club, Salom Solutions carried out the comprehensive management and supervision of the final phases of the project, ensuring that each installation and final adjustment was executed efficiently and within the agreed deadlines. Our team worked closely with the client to tailor services to the club’s specific needs and deliver a high-quality result that provides a comfortable, modern, and functional experience for its users.

As part of this project, we were responsible for the installation and commissioning of key systems, ensuring that each area was equipped with the necessary infrastructure for proper operation. Some of the most relevant tasks included:

• Security Infrastructure and Access Control: Installation, wiring, and configuration of access control systems for the restaurant and padel courts, as well as security camera wiring.
• Climate Control and Comfort: Installation of ducted air conditioning systems in massage rooms and changing rooms, as well as the calculation, selection, and commissioning of a heat pump for the outdoor pool.
• Outdoor Space Enhancements: Installation and covering of pergolas with reed in the pool area, providing shade and improving the aesthetics of the space.
• Lighting and Finishes: Installation of lighting fixtures and accessories in the changing rooms to enhance functionality and user comfort.
• Hydraulic and Irrigation Systems: Configuration of the irrigation control unit, installation of the sanitary water pressure system, and drainage inspection.
• Supervision and Coordination: Continuous oversight of the project, ensuring the correct execution of every detail and quality assurance in the completion of the work.

In addition to the technical execution, we provided specialized consulting throughout the entire process, assisting the client in decision-making and optimizing solutions to achieve the best possible outcome.

Thanks to our management, the club successfully completed its renovation, meeting the required standards of comfort, efficiency, and functionality.
